What credits are included with Pro?

Pro includes $50 in monthly usage credits, refreshed at the start of each billing cycle. Credits apply to AI model usage in jams and agents before on-demand charges kick in. Higher tiers include larger monthly allowances — see Pricing for current plan details.

How do I contact support?

Use the Contact page, email support@nullshot.com, or join the Discord community. For billing questions, include your account email and any relevant invoice IDs from Account billing.
